Молодая британская певица Молли Смиттен-Даунс, выступающая на сцене просто под именем Молли, родилась в городе Лестершир 2 апреля 1987 года. Свою музыкальную карьеру девушка начала в возрасте15 лет.

Опытная и одаренная пианистка, она также была соавтором и вокалисткой в группе Stunt. В ноябре 2011 года певица, последовав примеру многих нынешних звезд, загрузила на сервис Youtube свою песню Flowers by the Road и композиция в скором времени обрела популярность в глобальной паутине.

В конце 2011 года Молли Смиттен-Даунс выпустила акустическую пластинку под названием Fly Away With Me. Год спустя британская певица одержала победу на конкурсе Live and Unsigned, обойдя конкурентов в категории Urban/Pop.

 В 2013 году Молли за трек собственного сочинения Lost Generation получила престижную премию на церемонии The Best Of British Unsigned Music Awards – девушка победила в номинации "Лучшая песня".

В настоящее время исполнительница полностью сосредоточилась на собственной музыке, она записывает новые композиции и гастролирует по многочисленным британским городам, часто выступая и в Лондоне. Особой популярностью пользуется песня Молли Strange Alien, о которой положительно отзывался проект BBC Introducing.
